ESI excels in quality metal stampings in the mid to high range volumes. We specialize in progressive dies for stamping steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel. We have an in-house tool room for die maintenance and 3D Solid modeling for design and engineering changes.
OUR STAMPING FACILITY HAS 39-66 TON PRESSES WITH UP TO 100 SPM
Our facility has 2 SEYI SN1-39 ton and 2 SEYI SN1-66 ton presses with servo feeders and Die protection monitors. Our tool consist of HAAS 3 axis CNC milling machine, Chevilier 2 axis CNC milling machine, automatic and manual surface grinders , TIG welder, Lathe and Deltronics DH216 Optical Comparator CMM system.
WE CAN HANDLE VARIOUS TYPES OF MATERIALS FROM CRS, BRASS AND STAINLESS
We specialize in progressive dies for small stampings. We work in material such as steel, aluminum, copper, spring and stainless steel. Our Stamping facility has 39 to 66 ton press with up to 100 SPM capability and servo feeders. Utilizing press sizes more closely related to the smaller sizes of the parts creates better process control, more cost effective tools, and longer tool life.
